MELONistic™ is BPZ’s melon flavoured complete diet built on a foundation of black soldier fly larvae - an insect ingredient with an excellent amino acid profile and naturally high calcium content. This formula also includes an increased level of tyrosine, an amino acid essential for many biological functions and especially important in the production of melanin, supporting deeper, richer colour expression in your gecko!

Flavoured with 100% real, human‑grade cantaloupe, watermelon, blueberry, and banana, MELONistic™ offers a refreshing, fruit blend designed to encourage strong feeding responses. BPZ developed this recipe using keeper feedback from those who were already mixing fresh melon and berries into their geckos’ diets - resulting in a more robust, naturally palatable formula.

Like all BPZ diets, MELONistic™ contains no whey, soy, pea, egg, artificial flavours, or manufactured preservatives, and is made entirely from non‑GMO, whole‑food ingredients. It is suitable for all New Caledonian species and works especially well for keepers looking to support melanin‑based colour development.

MELONistic™ blends BPZ’s insect‑focused nutritional philosophy with natural colour‑supporting compounds, making it ideal for keepers who want both excellent nutrition and enhanced pigment expression.

Directions:

Mix 1 part diet with 2 parts water (adjust for preferred consistency). Offer fresh and remove uneaten food within 24 hours.

Prepared food can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. Do not offer the diet dry.
